It looks like one of those trading card games, in the website says “Sunrise Crusade”. Which seems to be a special series within the “Crusade System Card Series”.
I don’t know anything about card games so I can’t give you more information about this, sorry. I only know that both mechas look pretty badass on those cards hehe

The melefs of the three mercenaries hired by King Aston to fight Van in episode 7. It’s pretty cool that someone would take the trouble of drawing with such detail mechas that only appeared on one episode so this was an instant fav for me.
